Kirsta has practiced in Bryan-College Station since 2002. Dr. Herder graduated Magna Cum Laude with her B.S. in Communication Disorders from the University of Houston, her M.S. in Audiology from Arizona State University and her and Doctorate in Audiology from AT Still University. She has interned at many facilities including Phoenix Indian Medical Center, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, and Phoenix Day School for the Deaf. Dr. Herder also worked at Texas Children’s Hospital to help establish the Texas Early Hearing Detection and Intervention Program for all well-born, premature and NICU infants when Texas joined the Universal Newborn Hearing Screening Program in 2000. Dr. Herder has traveled all over the United States and Europe to continue her education in advancing hearing technologies, hearing prevention strategies, ototoxicity monitoring and tinnitus therapies. One of her missions is to heighten awareness of our increasingly noisy society and the toll it takes on our hearing health. 

Lisa Hastings is a licensed hearing instrument dispenser and has been with Texas ENT and Allergy since 2005. Lisa was born and raised in Eagle Lake, TX. She moved to the Bryan/College Station area to attend Blinn College and Texas A&M University. She has an Associates Degree in Biology from Blinn College and graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science in Health. Lisa attends numerous conventions each year to expand her knowledge in the growing and ever-changing field of hearing instruments. She is committed to serving residents of the Brazos Valley and surrounding areas in a continued effort to improve quality of life through better hearing.
