Dr. Said Sana, D.O., is a board-certified and fully licensed ENT physician and surgeon in Houston, Texas. Dr. Sana’s philosophy stresses shared decision-making with patients regarding their care and developing relationships with them and their families to optimize the care received in the office and at home. He strongly believes in patient education and empowering individuals to be stewards of their well-being.
Dr. Sana practiced general ENT and otology in Michigan for several years before relocating to Spring, Texas, to start his practice with 13 years of experience. Although his subspecialty is in ear and hearing surgery, Dr. Sana feels strongly that providing comprehensive ENT care to the community is the basis of his practice.
Dr. Sana is married. He is also a parent of three young children and can relate to parents’ concerns when their child is not feeling well. His outside interests include spending time with his wife and children, college football, barbequing, trucks, hiking, swimming, and travel. His brother serves in the military, and the practice proudly supports military families and veterans.

Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences
Michael Skelley, BC-HIS, is a board-certified hearing instrument specialist with over ten years of experience working with all major manufacturers. Michael is passionate about improving people’s well-being by treating their hearing loss and takes a personalized approach to deliver tailored solutions for each patient. With his extensive knowledge and expertise, Michael is committed to providing the highest level of care and staying up to date with the latest developments in the field.
After attending school at San Antonio College in Texas, Michael decided to follow in his mother’s footsteps, begin his career as a second-generation hearing instrument specialist, and carry on this family legacy.
In his spare time, Michael enjoys all things technology related, from tinkering with electronics to building computers. As such, fitting and dispensing hearing aids come naturally.
Michael looks forward to working with new and existing patients at Houston Ear Allergy and Rhinology Surgical Associates.

Our mission at HEAR Audiology is to be a comprehensive ENT practice in Houston, providing quality care for the entire family. Dr. Sana works closely with Michael Skelley, BC-HIS, to provide comprehensive care for hearing loss. Our team has the knowledge and ability to treat a variety of hearing disorders and offer the latest in hearing aid technology.
Our office is located on Kuykendahl Rd in the same building as Spring Dermatology and other businesses.
