“Tracey Lynch has been a wonderful audiologist and would definitely recommend using her as an audiologist. ”
“I received a complete audiology check-up and Dr. Lori made some adjustments to my right hearing aid. Thus, I'm hearing better! I really appreciate how well Dr. Lori listens to my concerns and acts upon them. I left the office in really good hearing shape! ”
“First used their service for simple repair, they were very helpful and even though I did not buy aide from them they did this for no charge. Several weeks ago needed a new right side aide. They were efficient, friendly and excellent to deal with. Their entire staff so helpful and friendly. Thank you Tara, Tracey and Lori - Lana”
“I researched hearing aids at quite a few websites (manufacturers, audiologists, etc.) for a long time before choosing an audiologist for my first-ever hearing devices in July 2016. Although many audiologists are closer to my home, I chose Island Better Hearing because they offered more manufacturers, including the two that pioneered devices made for an iPhone (Starkey and Resound), and because I liked their website. Nine months later, I'm happy with my devices and have had a 100% positive experience with audiologist Tara; she knows her stuff, goes out of her way to be helpful both in the office and by responding to e-mail, and, having recently added my aging dad to her patient list at an independent living facility that IBH visits, has won him over, too, who aptly described her as "very sweet" (after complaining about the attitude of the audiologist he had used through 2016, when he was still living in his own house). The office seems to be very well run; try them!”
