“Unable to repair properly, tried to sell me a new pair and would not disclose model of them beforehand. John was rude and condescending as well. charged me 65 dollars for no help on these because he said "He had to?" (they still don't work right) and got them serviced elsewhere and at a much better rate. wont be back there again.”
