Jessica earned her Master of Arts degree from Hofstra University in 2006. Before joining ENT and Allergy Associates, Jessica completed internships at New York- Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia and the Hebrew Home for the Aged. Jessica specializes in comprehensive audiologic evaluations for all age groups, dispensing the latest hearing aid technology and otoneurologic testing for balance disorders.

“Dr. Shechtman was actually very nice however the billing department charged my insurance company for a separate visit with an audiologist when the doctor prescribed a hearing test that was done on the same day as the doctor's visit. I will not go back to this office as I was NEVER billed for 2 office visits (one for the doctor's visit and one for the hearing test with the audiologist) at other ENT offices. I think this practice is unethical especially that I was never told this would be the case. My insurance company confirmed that it is the way the ENT office billed them that resulted in the double copay. Very unhappy. They lost me as a patient and I do not recommend them. ”
