“Office staff are always pleasant and accomodating in scheduling or rescheduling appointments and answering general questions. I even received a call back at one point following an unanswered line. Entry to the building was challenging, but again, apologies were extended by the receptionist at check in. Sanitation protocals were also in place. My appointment with Dr. Mattson provided an informative, unbiased (not trying to sell me anything) and educated assessment of my hearing loss followed with a no nonsence recommendation. Her credentials and experience allowed her to quickly determine my needs and patiently address my questions. I am greatful for her expertise in strongly suggesting an ENT evaluation for Cochliar Implants and in providing a TTY device. Should new hearing aids be necessary following my ENT appointment, I would definately seek her input. My thanks also to S. Mobley for her friendly assistance with the Captel.”

“He was very nice and did everything the way he was supposed to. I got my hearing aids there before and if I needed to, of course I'd talk to them about anything that needed to be done.”
