“I had been an unhappy hearing aid user for over seven years. Both the service I received and the product I had been sold at another hearing facility were subpar. I rarely wore them because of issues I had with them and chose to not go back because I wasn’t happy with their service. I was finding myself becoming less and less social and not happy with the quality of my life because of my poor hearing. This year a friend of my husband highly recommended Dr. Sotiropoulos at Hearing Rehabilitation Center and I decided to give it a chance. I have never had such thorough testing to begin or been so pleased with my overall experience. His knowledge and professionalism and the overall helpfulness and pleasantness that I received from Mary have exceeded my expectations. Being able to communicate with family and friends again has been wonderful. My experience at HRC with Dr. Sotiropoulos has been life changing. Please don’t spend years living like I did unable to hear and withdrawing when Dr. Sotiropoulos can help change your life too!”

“The staff at the Hearing Rehabilitation Center in Steger and Dr. Sotiropoulos are absolutely wonderful. A big thank you to everyone at HRC as I am now able to hear again. My "new ears" are great! ”

“I just purchased my fifth pair of hearing aids (the second pair from HRC). My last pair were five years old and I can’t begin to tell you how much they have improved over the years. My new hearing aids do not require batteries, when I remove them at night I just put them on the charger and they are set to go the next morning. They are so comfortable I even forget they are in my ears. I no longer have outside interference or problems talking on the phone. If I do have a problem I am always able to get into the office and get it corrected. Usually the doctor has the equipment to fix the problem so I don’t have to be without my aid like what happens to many people who choose to buy aids somewhere else. I can’t praise the doctor and his staff enough. No pressure is put on the patient, he gives you the facts and the decision of what you want to do or pay is up to you.”

“I'm very happy with the friendly service. The doctor is a kind of person that can explain things in layman terms that are easy to understand. ”
