“Last Friday, my wife had an appointment with the technician David Leibman in the Key Largo office. Unfortunately through an error - which we could not explain-- the appointment was not recorded and despite this, David accepted to take care of my wife's hearing aids. He diagnosed that one of her hearing aids was badly clogged but was able to clean it with his spinning cleaning machine. He then gave good advice to my wife and even gave her a few batteries gratis. He told us that nothing was due because this was part of the after-sale service. He did not seem rushed, took his time and was very helpful. A great example of service ! ”
