Megan Nightingale,
AuD

Audiologist

Dr. Nightingale was inspired to become an audiologist when she was still in high school. After witnessing a near-fatal miscommunication between her hearing-impaired father and his physician, she knew she’d found her calling. Although her dear father has since passed, Dr. Nightingale honors his memory every time she helps one of her patients hear well again.

Taylor Knight,
AuD

Audiologist

Hello, I am Dr. Taylor Knight and I am originally from Lake Chelan, WA. I earned my Bachelors of Arts Degree from Washington State University in 2014 and my Doctor of Audiology Degree from Pacific University in 2017. Previously, I worked as a resident at Virginia Mason Medical Center in downtown Seattle, WA and as a Clinical Audiologist at Cascade Ear Nose & Throat in Mount Vernon and Anacortes, WA.  I am very excited to be in the Puget Sound area working with patients on improving the quality of their hearing health. I find so much joy in helping people remember what it is like to hear better in their environments and with their families or friends.

I personally love spending time with my own family, including my rambunctious little 1 year old son, Griffin!

“I had the first hearing test of my life yesterday (I'm 76) performed by Dr. Hoogland. It was fascinating and thorough and in the end, gave me good information. Dr. Hoogland was calm, kind, and explained things clearly and carefully at every step along the way of the test. Even better, when it was finished she provided me with a printout of the results and we went over them. I now have a good understanding of the state of my hearing and what to watch out for going forward. How often do you get such fast feedback? I received excellent, highly competent care. Thank you. ”

“I initially saw Dr. Nightingale when I developed tinnitus (ringing in my ears), and heard that this was one of her specialties. I had also developed loss of hearing. She did a thorough work-up , explained tinnitus in lay man terms, and answered my questions, all with a professional, caring manner. She gave suggestions for 'living with tinnitus' to make it less uncomfortable. I had purchased hearing aides elsewhere, and she suggested I see my 'practitioner for H/A update. I returned to Dr. Nightingale for a 6 month checkup, and was treated with the same respect, from the front desk to her treatment room. She also removed wax from my ear, enabling me to be custom fit for a H/A tip from my other practitioner. I highly recommend Dr Nightingale for her expertise in the field of Audiology, her compassion and caring for people with hearing loss and tinnitus, which she also experiences.”

“For the past 3 years, Dr. Nightingale has far exceeded my hopes for care. She combines the highest level of skill with caring for her patients. My ears have quirks which she has been able to treat and she has given all sorts of tips on how to make the most of my hearing aids. I am moving out of state, and I will miss her service. She has always fit me in her busy schedule when I had a problem.”
