“I have been seeing Rebecca for years. I will not go to anyone other than her. She is kind, and answers all my questions. She has never pressured me into purchasing the most expensive hearing aids she sells. She has recommended the pair that she feels will fit my situation and they were not the most expensive. I also must commend her office staff, they are always friendly and helpful. I will recommended Rebecca Alverson to anyone. Thank you for being the kind, sweet person that you are. Also, thank you for taking care of all my hearing needs.”

“Referred by our pediatrician. They called me to schedule the appt for my grandson. Drove 30 minutes to their office on apps day only to be told we have no apps, someone forgot to put it in the system. You will have to reschedule. No apology for their mistake. The lady at the front desk was very rude and unapologetic. We had been waiting 4 months to get him in somewhere only to be told "Sorry, you will have to reschedule. " I understand mistakes can be made, but we were treated like it was no big deal. I was very upset by the whole thing and will never take my 6 month old grandson back to a practice that doesn't seem to care about their patients. Would never recommend going there unless you want to be treated poorly! They need to teach their office staff some common courtesy. If that's how they treat patients up front, it makes me wonder what kind of care they will get from the provider. ”
