Dr. Baggett earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Auburn University in 2002, followed by her Doctor of Audiology degree from East Tennessee State University (ETSU) in 2006. She holds certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, is licensed to practice audiology in Alabama, and is a Professional Member of the American Academy of Audiology.
Born with hearing impairment, Dr. Baggett has worn bilateral hearing aids for over 40 years. Her passion for audiology developed at a young age, leading her to complete her externship in 2006 at UAB Civitan-Sparks Clinics in Birmingham, Alabama, with a specialization in pediatrics. She has extensive experience in audiology, including conducting audiological and balance evaluations for all ages, fitting hearing aids, providing aural rehabilitation, and identifying hearing loss early. Additionally, she has experience delivering hearing healthcare services in assisted living facilities.
In her free time, Dr. Baggett enjoys spending time with her family and attending her children's activities. She is deeply committed to her faith and actively participates in her church.
