“I went to Advanced right before Thanksgiving to get new hearing aids. They told me that because of the holidays, it would be 7-10 days to hear something. I waited 10 days and didn’t hear from them. On Monday, 12/1 i called and was told they were still backed up from the holiday but that they would call Tuesday. No one did so I called again on Wednesday, 12/3 and told there were some issues that needed to be discussed and that the audiologist would call me. He never did. I called again on Monday, Monday, 12/8 and was told that the hearing would cost more than was estimated. I acknowledged the cost increase and asked what our next steps would be. She said she would find out and call me later. She didn’t. They finally called on Tuesday, 12/9 but I had already set up an appointment with another audiologist. ”
