Emily Braun is the driving force behind The Hearing Haven. With extensive hands-on experience in hearing care, she is deeply committed to helping individuals enhance their hearing, boost their confidence, and improve their overall quality of life.
Raised on a small farm in Western Kansas, Emily’s strong work ethic and customer-focused values were shaped early on. She excelled in 4-H, FFA, and competitive livestock judging—achievements that earned her scholarships and recognition. She later graduated from Fort Hays State University with a degree in Agricultural Business and explored careers in agriculture, finance, and insurance before finding her true calling: helping people hear better.
Emily spent seven years working at another hearing care practice, gaining valuable experience in both patient care and operations. During that time, she developed expertise in hearing loss diagnostics, hearing aid fittings, and ongoing patient support. Her passion and commitment ultimately led her to establish The Hearing Haven in Amarillo, TX—a center dedicated to hearing loss diagnosis and treatment, with services including hearing aid solutions, tinnitus management, and balance-related care.
For Emily, hearing care is more than just a profession—it’s a mission. She believes every patient deserves outstanding service, individualized care, and continuous support throughout their hearing journey. Emily has helped hundreds of people rediscover the joy of better hearing, and she’s excited to help you do the same.
