“I purchased my Sharky hearing aid from Hearing World in 2023, and my insurance covered the cost for life. During the warranty period, I had an excellent experience with Audiologist Hannah Galvin, but unfortunately, she left Hearing World. Subsequently, I had to deal with Anthony, who proved to be the opposite of Hannah. As my warranty was about to expire, I did not receive a satisfactory response from him. Fortunately, Hannah returned, and everything is now back to normal. Additionally, I have been impressed with another young Audiologist, Sophie, who is also responsive and helpful. Both Hannah and Sophie have effectively addressed my concerns. I highly recommend Hearing World to anyone with hearing issues. ”
