“I tried a pair of hearing aids from this company on a 60 day trial and after several calls and no return calls which they had a lot of excuses for, I decided to return the hearing aids for a refund. That was over a month ago and still no refund. As of my last conversation with them, they said that the check had been sent on Friday, Oct. 24 th and still no refund. They have lots of inexperienced help there and their customer service and follow up is very poor. When I finally got my refund check on Nov.12th, I saw that the check had been dated October 27th and not post marked until Nov 4th and written and mailed from the Ozark office that I was dealing with. This just proves that I lied to for several weeks about a refund that should have been handled right away. All of their staff had lied to me and I would never do business with this company as they are not a reputable business.”
