Dr. Hung Mai is a life-long Louisianaian. After earning a Doctorate of Audiology at LSU Health Science Center – New Orleans in 2014, he moved to sunny San Diego to begin his audiology career. He worked in private practice focusing on hearing treatment, and alongside an ENT physician performing endless diagnostic tests. Working in opposite settings simultaneously helped him understand the importance of combining accurate diagnostics along with best practice hearing treatment to achieve optimal outcome for his patients.
He’s glad to return home to his roots to serve the community. In his spare time, he enjoys strolling through the Big Easy, traveling to eat and explore, and catching up with family and friends.
