“Georgetown MedStar worked hard to correct the scheduling issue (my previous review) so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. We saw Dr. Morikawa today for my daughter’s hearing aid adjustment and he was fabulous. Highly recommend.”
“I have left 4 messages over a 2+ week period requesting an appointment for my 16 yo daughter, who is getting a lot of feedback with her hearing aid. No one has returned my calls and the main scheduling number said they have no other contact number. It is very frustrating as my daughter has been dealing with this issue for over 2 weeks.”
