Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Carly Jacobs earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from
Minnesota State University-Mankato in 2017. She then went on to complete her Doctorate of Audiology
from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point/Madison in 2021. She holds her Certificate of Clinical
Competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
During graduate school, Dr. Jacobs completed her clinical rotations with multiple ENT clinics throughout
Wisconsin and performed one semester alongside an educational audiologist in the school system. After
she graduated, Dr. Jacobs worked at an ENT clinic in Knoxville, TN, before joining the Revolution Hearing
team.
Dr. Jacobs was born with hearing loss and always thought highly of her audiologist. She decided to
pursue a degree in audiology and has been extremely satisfied with her decision. She enjoys connecting
personally with her patients while helping them improve their communication abilities and overall
quality of life.
In her free time, Dr. Jacobs enjoys sitting by the beach and travelling to new places.
