“I just purchased new hearing aids from AHB Eastside because the service I got from Samuel - audiology assistant - was EXCELLENT. As my old hearing aids were dying, he did everything he could to help save them. While everyone was very helpful, its the front-line staff like Samuel that make customers for life!”

“Caitlynne Gentry, AuD tested my hearing today at Albuquerque Hearing and Balance. I was very pleased with her knowledgeable advice and feedback after my test. She is not only professionally competent but also has an excellent "bedside manner." ”

“Excellent service and the entire staff was welcoming. Went to the Westside location for many years but the Eastside location is better for my commute. Glad to see that they are expanding and keeping the same level of service while doing it. ”
