“I have been wearing hearing aids since 1986. I turned 34 that year. I am 70 now. Even flew me to Minneapolis to test hearing aids for them in the lab. I have considerable hearing loss. They were trying to pack as much gain into the ITC as possible. Always had to pay high dollars for what I needed. My hearing guy retired and moved to FL. After 15 minutes of talking to him it felt like we were good buddies going way back. Made you feel at ease.Sometimes I call him just to ask what’s new. I have purchased several sets from him. “Wow! Home Hearing Helpers and specifically Jeff Clark is top notch in every aspect I can think of. There is nothing I can write for him to improve on. I called him because of a recommendation. It's a 45 minute drive but after my experience I would drive 3 hours. Jeff has an incredible caring personality, providing the most personal care you could hope for. But his skill to help hearing impaired people is unmatched. My first pair of hearing aides I bought from a competitor, hoping for quality at a cheap price. Average at best. My second pair I shopped the internet and saved some money or so I thought. Pure junk, lots of unresolved problems a complete waste of money. Jeff is an expert that knows how to adjust the hearing aids to do everything they were made to do. It breaks my heart that so many people are getting hearing aids but going to providers that never do what Jeff does. In one month I have brought Jeff two more clients. What a blessing he is for improving my life. My wife is thrilled to not repeat things over and over and that the TV can be at a comfortable volume she chooses.
