As Robert explained at the start of my appointment, his goal is not to sell me hearing aids, but to review my needs and help me solve any hearing problems I may have. My hearing test with Robert was the most extensive test I’ve ever experienced. He explained every step of the procedure. We reviewed the test results together and he told me I am not, a candidate for hearing aids as yet. My hearing loss is at a high octave, therefore at this stage, the available hearing aids would not give me any better hearing options. I trust Robert’s evaluation and understand all the facts and reasons behind his decision. About a year ago, I went to an other company who said I needed hearing aids and attempted to sell me a pair After listening to all their explanations and information, I felt they were not trustworthy.
