“I arrived to drop my hearing aid off for repair and saw that they were closed for lunch. As I turned to leave an employee came out and asked me what I needed. I said I was dropping off my hearing aid and I was asked to come on in. I also thought my hearing aid dome may be in my ear but was not sure. They took a moment to look and sure enough the dome was way up in my ear canal. It was removed and now I am doing much better.
