“After receiving an invitation by mail to attend their Fall Event, I decided to participate. I was very pleased with the welcoming, knowledge and professionalism of the entire staff. The hometown vibe was definitely present. I initially spoke with Meredith who was great. Then, Ethan took his time to fully explain the hearing test, the results and my options. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase hearing aids. At this time, I decided to wait for further decline of my hearing to purchase hearing aids, but when I make that decision, I will definitely be going back to the Northumberland Hearing Center.”
