“I am very unhappy with my hearing aids Oticon! Today l visited the doctor hoping she will help me to connect the aids to my new phone, but it turned out that my phone is not compatible with my hearing aids! Nothing could be done! My phone is expensive, Galaxy A15, it looks the same like my old one! OTICON is VERY expensive!!! Why we waste money, if it doesn't work with my phone. I could use my old hearing aid with batteries, we could go on a cruise for such money! I DO NOT RECOMMEND OTICON TO ANYBODY, impossible to know with what types of phones it may work. Nobody gave me the list of compatible phone models .”

“Dr. Keaton is tops. She fitted me with hearing aids and then worked to get out the kinks and make them work for me. She also remotely fit and adjusted my 97 year old mother’s hearing aids. It took several remote appointments to get my mother’s hearing aids adjusted comfortably for her, but Dr. Keaton patiently worked with her each time.
