Bridgewater Balance & Hearing - Clinton

Dr. Brandy was born and raised in south Louisiana and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders from Louisiana State University in 2008 (Go Tigers!). She went on to earn her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2012 (Go Vols!). She is passionate about working with amplification devices and finds that the most rewarding part of her career is finding a solution to bring sound back to her patients so they can participate more fully in their own lives!

Dr. Brandy is very excited to be part of the Bridgewater team and looks forward to serving the families of Anderson County! She lives in Clinton with her husband, their two children, and pet Labradoodle. In their down time, you can find them camping, boating, and spending as much time as possible in the beautiful East Tennessee outdoors!

Dr. Natalie Jones earned her Bachelor of Science in Audiology and Speech Pathology from the University of Tennessee and then went on to earn her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She started at Bridgewater in 2023 as an Audiology Resident before beginning her career as an audiologist in the summer of 2024.

When Dr. Jones was young, she had a hearing loss that was corrected. The audiologist she worked with was very helpful and made her feel comfortable. She realized she wanted to be able to do the same thing for people who have hearing loss. Now, she enjoys helping others be able to hear and communicate better. It is important to Dr. Jones to have good relationships with her patients. That is why she ensures they are truly being taken care of and their hearing concerns are addressed.

Dr. Jones lives in Powell with her husband. She enjoys spending time outside, reading, and playing with her dog, Daisy.

Jessie Montgomery was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and now calls Knoxville home, where she lives with her daughter and their two beloved dogs. A dedicated and energetic mom, Jessie proudly coaches her daughter’s softball team, bringing passion and teamwork to the field. She has worked in the medical field for 14 years, known not only for her compassion and professionalism but also for her ability to bring a smile to everyone’s face. Whether she's caring for patients, cheering on her team, or spending time with friends and family, Jessie is always making people laugh. In her free time, she loves cruising around in her Jeep and getting creative with arts and crafts. Jessie brings heart, humor, and a strong sense of community to everything she does.

Savannah was born and raised in Knoxville, TN, and is proud to be an East Tennessee native. She currently resides in West Knoxville with her boyfriend, Chihuahua, and her bunny rabbit. Her hobbies include yoga, disc golf, going to music shows, and spending time with family and friends. In 2016, she received two Associates of Applied Science Degrees in Business and Health Care Office Administration from Pellissippi State Community College. She has been working as an office administrator in the hearing healthcare industry for several years, and thoroughly enjoys her career. She currently serves as the Front Office Director of Operations over all Bridgewater locations and stays very busy ensuring all of our staff members are equipped to best serve our patients!
