The office was extremely clean. i arrived about 5 minutes early and was taken in very quickly for my testing. The particulars for the testing were explained thoroughly along with the result. I ended up ordering the ReSound One, model 9. A few days later I went back and was fitted for the new hearing aids, along with programming and updating the units firmware.
