“While on vacation in Daytona Beach I had a problem with my hearing aids. One had a broken wire. I called for an appointment and they worked me in at 1pm that day. The office was extremely clean. i arrived about 5 minutes early and was taken in very quickly for my testing. The particulars for the testing were explained thoroughly along with the result. I ended up ordering the ReSound One, model 9. A few days later I went back and was fitted for the new hearing aids, along with programming and updating the units firmware. My return visit approximately eight days later I requested to add a wind program to my units. I was totally impress with the office and the staff. Highly Recommend...”
