“Bought my hearing aids 3 years ago and was told that after 3 years they would send them in to be checked out and have new batteries installed. Was there last winter and asked about the service again and was told to bring them in next year. Took them in on 3/5/24 and was told that because they are out of warranty, which no one mentioned before, that I was now going to have to pay. I certainly paid enough that a few weeks past warranty should not matter. Very dissatisfied, would not recommend!!”
