“Dr. Butler and the staff are all first rate. I did not know what to expect, so it came as a very pleasant surprise that they were able to guide me through the process painlessly. The technology that Nikki used to evaluate my problem and to demonstrate to me the difference between what I heard and what was considered normal hearing impressed me. I am breaking in my hearing aids now, and the improvement astounds my family and has let me hear things that I never knew I was missing. ”
