Dr. White earned her Doctor of Audiology degree in 2011 from Ball State University. Before opening her private practice, Dr. White earned clinical experience with Indiana University. Dr. White loves the way hearing care allows her to build fulfilling, long-term relationships with her patients. She has experience with all makes and models of hearing aids and when she’s not helping her patients in the office, she’s enjoying time spent with family.

“Dr. White is always personable. She is knowledgeable beyond her audiology training and takes classes to understand hearing issues at many levels and the effect that has on a patient’s environment, mood/social interaction and the brain. She is currently training on the relationship of hearing or lack of to the relationship of dementia. Dr. White strives to get the best hearing aides (if needed) for whatever hearing issues an individual has. And, adjusts the settings very specifically so the patient can receive the most from their hearing aides in relation to their own hearing ability. I would highly recommend her to whomever may need hearing care.”

“My overall experience with the staff in the office and the doctor is very good, but my overall experience with the hearing aids themselves is iffy. I say that because of the comments I get from my daughter when I’m wearing my hearing aids. she tells me that she doesn’t see any difference when I’m wearing them of my being able to hear her well, and there are some issues with them such as white the hearing aids due to certain sounds. I think the hearing aids actually change some of the sounds of words that she’s speaking, and that makes me have to ask her to say something more than once. Or instance, she was trying to tell me about a video sing and I hear king. There are other words that the same thing happens she will be saying one thing and because of what I’m hearing I think she’s saying something else or I have to ask her again. There are times when I feel like I wasted my $2000 and whatever else money that it cost my insurance coverage. Overall, I would never pay this much for hearing aids again, because I don’t feel like I’m getting the benefit for the money I spent.”
