Grace Shafer Wagner grew up in the Atlanta, Georgia area as part of a large family, where she witnessed firsthand the impact hearing loss can have on communication and relationships. After relocating to North Carolina in 2009, she joined HearingLife in 2011 and has since dedicated her career to helping individuals reconnect with the sounds and moments that matter most.
Grace’s early awareness of hearing loss and its effects inspired her to pursue hearing healthcare, where she is committed to promoting healthy hearing and improving quality of life. She takes pride in educating patients, supporting their hearing journeys, and helping them feel included and empowered through better communication.
Throughout her tenure with HearingLife, Grace has served in multiple offices across western North Carolina, bringing consistent, compassionate care to every community she supports.
