“Michelle Batson provides the best all-round health care for the ears possible. Very knowledgeable and beneficial for my overall hearing experience”
“Dr. Michelle Batson - FIVE STARS! Knowledgeable, kind, compassionate. Explained the process of use and care of hearing aids, all with a smile! :)”
“I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the outstanding care I have received from Dr. Michelle Batson. Michelle takes the time to diagnose the person's pattern of hearing loss, the situations the person faces where hearing is a problem, and any obstacles the person may face in adjusting to wearing hearing aids. Being able to hear is a huge quality of life issue for me, and getting comfortable hearing aids has made all the difference in the world. I can do my job better, and I am much more comfortable in social situations when I don't have to miss half the conversation or constantly ask people to repeat what they said. Michelle's warm, lively, and caring personality was also very helpful to me in overcoming my initial embarrassment about having to wear hearing aids. I really can't overstate how much the care I received from Michelle Batson means to me. My father has had hearing aids for a number of years but never used to wear them consistently. After he became disabled five years ago and began living with me, I encouraged him to try again to get comfortable hearing aids. His situation was particularly difficult because he had lost one arm, and his remaining arm and hand are badly damaged and have extremely limited movement. On my recommendation, he went to Michelle, and she not only helped him find a hearing aid that is comfortable and gives correction of his hearing loss, but she also worked with him to figure out what model of hearing aid he could put on, take off, and change the battery by himself. Michelle Batson is without question one of the best audiologists anywhere in the Pacific Northwest, not only in terms of her expertise in diagnosing and correcting hearing loss and fitting hearing aids but also in terms of her ability to help her patients adjust emotionally to their need to wear hearing aids.”
