Dr. Terry Limb earned his doctorate degree from the University of Florida, and his masters and bachelors degrees from the University of Washington. He is a board and clinically certified audiologist from the American Board of Audiology and the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. Dr. Limb is a partner of Evergreen Speech & Hearing Clinic and a founding member of the Washington Audiology Alliance. He is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the Academy of Dispensing Audiologists. Dr. Limb has been honored with the James Carroll Clinical Excellence Award, and AHP by Evergreen Hospital Medical Center. He was a regional facilitator for the University of Florida Doctor of Audiology Program for many years.

In his free time, Dr. Limb enjoys kayaking, doing karate, traveling and spending time with his family including his dogs.

Dr. Cheryl Lokanis earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington, her master’s degree from Western Washington University and her doctorate in audiology from the University of Florida. She holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is board certified by the American Board of Audiology.

In her spare time, Dr. Lokanis enjoys playing soccer, hiking, traveling, cooking and spending time with her husband and twin daughters. 

Dr. Thomas Norwood earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Washington and his doctorate degree in audiology from the University of Florida. He holds a certificate in clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Dr. Norwood likes to travel, ski, jog, fly, listening to music and spending time with his family when he is not working.  

Dr. Brianne Salzmann is a licensed audiologist who earned a Bachelor’s degree and a Doctorate degree in Audiology from the University of Colorado. She holds a certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

When not helping others, Brianne enjoys running, backpacking, skiing and cooking.

Lewis Kizanis is our Audiology Technician working with our patients helping them to feel comfortable and satisfied with their hearing devices.

Lewis enjoys singing, songwriting, traveling, photography and spending quality time with his family.
