“Dr. Parro was excellent. Before my hearing test, she worked with me to get rid of some blockage in my ear. She involved me in each step of my care, giving me options, answering my questions, and checking my comfort level. She also engaged other members of her team, in case I may have needed their services. Dr. Parro is compassionate, knowledgeable, professional, and highly skilled. I'm glad she is part of my care team. ”
