Ann Parro,
AuD, CCC-A

Audiologist

Dr. Ann Parro earned her B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders at The Pennsylvania State University, and completed her doctorate of audiology from Nova Southeastern University.  Dr. Parro joined Alexandria Hearing Centers in 2008.  She is licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and holds certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

When not working, Dr. Parro enjoys traveling, golfing, and relaxing with family and friends.

Janani Perera,
AuD, CCC-A

Audiologist

Dr. Janani Perera earned a Bachelor of Philosophy in Communication Science after defending an honors thesis at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Perera went on to attend the University of Maryland, where she received her clinical doctorate in audiology. She completed her audiology residency at Massachusetts Eye and Ear in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Perera is dedicated to providing warm, patient-centered, evidence-based care for her patients. She is licensed in both the Commonwealth of Virginia and holds certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

When she is not at work, Dr. Perera enjoys painting, hiking, and all things related to food (like cooking, watching cooking shows, and trying new restaurants).

Grace Lienemann,
AuD

Audiologist

Grace Lienemann is originally from Queenstown, Maryland. She received her bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology in 2019 and Doctor of Audiology degree (Au.D.) in 2023 from Towson University. She spent a year in North Carolina completing her audiology residency, and is excited to be pursuing her career closer to her home state. She is very passionate about helping others, and enjoys working with patients for hearing evaluations, amplification, and balance disorders.

In her spare time, she loves trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with friends, family, and her cat, Beans.

Jessica Januszewski,
AuD

Audiologist

Dr. Jessica Januszewski was born and raised in the sunshine state of Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Science and Disorders at Florida State University. She then went on to obtain her Doctorate of Audiology degree at Northwestern University. Dr. Januszewski worked at a large private practice in Chicago prior to joining Alexandria Hearing Centers.

Her passion for audiology stems from witnessing the impact of hearing loss on her grandfather, who was a veteran. This personal connection fuels her commitment to providing compassionate and comprehensive audiological care to every patient. Dr. Januszewski’s special areas of interest include tinnitus management and the relationship between hearing loss and cognition.

When not at the clinic, Dr. Januszewski enjoys spending time with her husband and Labrador, and visiting her family in Florida.

For over 30 years our practice has been providing diagnostic services and treatments to patients. We also are active with education and training with future doctors of audiology by offering internships and residency programs. Our practice has stayed on the leading edge of technology and has participated in beta studies for hearing device manufacturers. Our doctors provide the most comprehensive treatment and follow up in a warm and friendly environment. We have available in our office, board certified Ear, Nose, and Throat specialists if any of our patients are in need of medical care.

Our practice was owned for over 30 years by Dr. Michael Massa and is now owned by Dr. Ann Parro, who has served our patients for over a decade, and we are all dedicated did fulfilling Dr. Massa's mission to provide excellence in hearing care.
