“I appreciate a hearing aid service that does not tout or push any particular brand. They truly fit you with your individual need. The care is provided by PhD doctorate level, not technicians.”

“Unlike a hearing aid center with their own interest to serve, WSU has a variety of aids to choose from and no self-serving. Also, at WSU, you are seen by someone with a PhD., I'm sure hearing aid centers do not always have this kind of expertise.”

“Mark Shaver fitted me with four brands of aids over two years before we found an Oticon behind-the-ear that I was satisfied with. He's patient and persistent and knows his business. I've already recommended him to some friends. ”
