“Dr. Michelle Stone, took her time and explained everything she was going to do before she started the test. She let my mother (84 Yrs old) asked questions and she answered all her questions before and after the test. She didn’t get in a hurry and wasn’t short patience like the last audiologist she went to see. She helped her in and out of the sound room to make sure she didn’t fall. Very gentle, warm, caring and a great sense of humor. You can’t help but love a person like her.”
