Audiologist

Dr. Nimet Adam is a board certified Clinical Audiologist. She has 20 years experience in the hearing industry. Dr. Adam graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Florida. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, a member of the Florida Academy of Audiology and a member of the American Hearing and Speech Association. She has lectured in community venues and was chair for the Health Board of Florida. Dr Adam can provide insights for the baby boomer generation, market growth opportunities, geriatric issues, pediatric concerns, special need requirements and the future of digital and wireless communication. Her practice specializes in diagnostics and management of hearing loss, tinnitus and balance. She is an adjunct professor at Florida Atlantic University. Dr Adam offers educational seminars for physicians and patients and is a trusted hearing healthcare specialist.

Meredith is a Clinical Audiologist licensed in the State of Florida. She completed her Bachelors degree from The University of Wisconsin - Madison and received her Masters degree from Northwestern University.  She has earned her certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. Meredith has 20 years experience.  She worked in a hospital setting, an Ear, Nose and Throat practice and in a private practice setting.  She specializes in diagnostic, rehabilitative Audiology and hearing devices.  She attends educational seminars to maintain her expertise in Audiology and keeps current with the latest advancements in hearing aid technology. Meredith is dedicated to helping her patients achieve optimal hearing from amplification treating each patient with compassion.

Matthew Seldine,

Audiologist

Matthew graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Florida in Gainesville and earned his Doctorate in Audiology from the University of South Florida.  He has clinical and counseling experience. He has worked in an Ear, Nose and Throat practice, and a Hearing and Balance clinic. He specializes in audiometric and vestibular diagnostics, hearing instrument technology, and hearing protection and conservation. Dr. Seldine will be seeing patients in our Delray Beach office.  Matthew is a native of Southeast Florida.  He was a volunteer for the Special Olympics, is an avid drummer and loves basketball, bowling, and travel.

Audiologist

Dr. Michelle Looney graduated from the University of Central Florida with her Bachelors in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She then went on to earn her Doctorate of Audiology at the University of South Florida. Dr. Looney specializes in audiometric diagnostics, hearing device technology, and aural rehabilitation. She is very passionate about treating those with implantable devices, specifically those with cochlear implants.

Alexis Heffner,

Audiologist

Dr. Alexis Heffner was born and raised in South Florida. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with her Bachelor of Science in psychology and then continued to Nova Southeastern University, where she earned her Doctorate in Audiology with highest honors. Dr. Heffner specializes in audiometric and vestibular (balance) diagnostics, as well as amplification. Before joining Hearing Partners of South Florida, she practiced in an ear, nose and throat setting. She holds the certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and is certified by the American Board of Audiology. Dr. Heffner strives to help each patient achieve a successful outcome with patience and understanding.
