“Dr. Looney was patient and reassuring! I was reluctant at first. I will recommend her to anyone who has a hearing problem. She even called me after I left to ask if I had any questions. Thank you Dr. Looney!”
“Very caring. I cannot complain about anything. It was all done with professionalism. ”
“Excellent testing and very professional.”
“My experience was great, 5 (10). Everyone excellent. ”
“Dr. Clauser is the best! Her positive, helpful attitude is making my adjustment to these aids more positive. The interest and willingness to spend time explaining the need for the aids and how to use them. Follow up on a regular schedule is essential. This is the third set of hearing aids and the service oriented attitude of the staff made it easy for someone who experienced prior negative behavior on the part of two other vendors. The continuous follow-up and monitoring the use of the aids is great! ”
