“Limited hours make scheduling an appointment difficult. Brought back my mom’s hearing aids twice due to heavy background noise in right side. First time:was told “she’ll get used to it”. Second time she made adjustments on the computer; problem continued. Mom is 99, and housebound,and refusing to use the hearing aids. Either the aid is defective and needs to be replaced, or we want a full refund. ”
Received 11/26/2025Official Response from Hearing Health Care Associates - Milford:“We are sorry we were not able to help your Mom. We did our best to resolve the complaints without her physically being in the office in July and did not hear from anyone until November, so we were unaware she was not using them. The hearing aids were purchased with a 30 day trial and though it was long past that time frame when you contacted us, we requested an exception from the manufacturer and were able to return the hearing aids for credit. We have issued a refund for your Mom's hearing aids and wish her the best. We have been in business for over 35 years and try our best each day to help people hear better. We are sincerely sorry that we fell short of that outcome for your Mom.”
