“Nicole was so helpful in explaining hearing aides to my son and fitting him to what he needs. I would recommend West Coast Hearing to anyone. Thank you to the whole staff. ”
“Still in the process of being fit for hearing aids. Very happy with services so far. Office is friendly and efficient. Audiologist is knowledgeable, helpful and takes the time we need.”
“Tried since Aug. 2018 to get a hearing aid. No success. Even though I was willing to pay $3,500 out of pocket to get a state of the art hearing aid. I guess I wasn't a priority to get it right after 4 attempts!! ????? Ugh”
“The audiologist explained to me clearly about the tests she performed and the results. The hearing aid she recommended worked exactly as described and helped in my ability to hear conversation amid noise and distinguish spoken words. The improvement in new hearing aids makes it much more convenient to use.”
“Everyone was very friendly and efficient until I was seen into the consulting room to see the Doctor. Then the staff forgot to tell him that I was there and I had a 10minute wait for him to tell me the results of the hearing test. ”
