Patient feedback gives us the opportunity to evaluate how we interact with our patients and way we provide hearing health care. We’re sorry you were disappointed there was a charge to clean your hearing aids. Customarily, when someone is fitted with hearing aids purchased from our office, the cost of regular cleanings is included for the duration of the warranty period. When someone purchases their hearing aids from another provider or when hearing aids are no longer within the warranty period, we do charge a nominal fee for cleanings and other maintenance issues. If you purchased your hearing aids from Harbor Hearing and are within your warranty, please accept our apologies and know that we will be more than happy to refund the fee you were charged. Please call our office to discuss how we might proceed – we respect the fact you have choices when it comes to your hearing healthcare and value you as a patient. “Dr Day-Moran was easy to talk to and ready to teach me about inner ear issues I have experienced. When my husband was screened, although she recommended a hearing aid, there was no pressure when it was obvious he was not ready to consider it. I really appreciated that since he only went for the screening at my urging. A free hearing screening is an excellent way to see if you have any hearing issues and what might be done about it. Win/win!”

“My wife and I are new in this community. I've had hearing aids for many years and completed a reevaluation of my hearing needs prior to our arrival. The folks in Harbor Audiology were most gracious and accomodating to my request. Although the hearing aid product that I sought was not one that they normally utilized they quickly deteremined that the product I requested could be managed right there. The whole team efficiently contributed to making my first audiology experience in Gig Harbor very satisfying. I can highly recommend this audiolgy team - practical, considerate and still professional.”

“Dr Porter and everyone at front desk were very helpful, courteous, more than willing to help out with the needed paper work, took the time to answer all my questions in detail, very knowledgeable about hearing issues. Would recommend them to anyone that is looking for hearing services. Best of all they even laughed at my dumb jokes. Great personalities. Definitely will be going back when needed. ”
