“Everyone at Hearing Associates is very professional and extremely helpful and accommodating. I was able to bring my elderly father in earlier on the day of his appointment for a hearing test, consultation, and hearing aid adjustment with only 15 minutes notice; they were able to take him an hour before his scheduled time. Dr. Trinka and the staff are amazing and super nice! They also helped answer my insurance questions. Great service and outstanding people! ”

“Hearing Associates continues to provide outstanding services to their patients regardless of what a patient's need is. Although I replace wax traps frequently, I had a hearing aid which appeared to have a failed speaker because I could not hear anything at all. I dropped it off and thirty minutes later they called me to pick it up. It turned out the wax trap was completely blocked with wax and that was the cause of the problem. I explained that this was the first time that wax caused a complete loss of hearing after many years of hearing aid use, and that if it occurred again I would check the wax trap first before contacting them. They had no problem at all with my having brought the hearing aid to them for repair! GREAT SERVICE.”

“Dr. Trinka is super thorough and professional! This is a great practice- she took her time to provide me the results of my audiology evaluation and she was super helpful in obtaining a replacement hearing aid. The receptionist is also amazingly courteous too. Highly recommend!”

“My elderly mother recently had a hearing test and received new hearing aids. The experience with Dr Crovato was terrific! Dr Crovato is an excellent audiologist with great people skills. She was kind, patient, thorough in explanations and how to's as my mother struggled using new hearing aids. She took a great deal of time making sure my mother understood and was able to comfortably use and charge hearing aids. I highly recommend Dr Crovato and Hearing Associates of NOVA.”

“I went into the appointment with mixed expectations. I am a little young to be experiencing hearing problems but I was having challenges hearing in certain situations. I was very pleasantly surprised. I was thrilled with the mixture of professionalism, technology and personal care. During my evaluation process, using technology, they were able to pinpoint the exact situations where I was having challenges. It was very impressive. The team was able to deliver a customized hearing solution for me that day. I cannot express how impressed I was with the total experience. Wow, what a professional team! ”
