“I went into the appointment with mixed expectations. I am a little young to be experiencing hearing problems but I was having challenges hearing in certain situations. I was very pleasantly surprised. I was thrilled with the mixture of professionalism, technology and personal care. During my evaluation process, using technology, they were able to pinpoint the exact situations where I was having challenges. It was very impressive. The team was able to deliver a customized hearing solution for me that day. I cannot express how impressed I was with the total experience. Wow, what a professional team! ”
“I went to see them on a Saturday in June 2020 to replace the wire and microphone on my Phonak HA. Although I'm not a patient in this practice, they replaced the parts in a matter or minute and charged a very reasonable price. I will definitely go back in a few months for a hearing test and possibly a new HA as mine is about five years old.”
“I am delighted with my new hearing aids which were proscribed by Dr. Yunes. During the pandemic, I needed a couple of adjustments. I received immediate responses from the doctors in the practice when I called or emailed them. The two doctors I saw, Dr. Crovato and Dr. Yunes were terrific. They are enthusiastic, energetic and capable audiologists. I have the highest respect for the doctors in this practice and I am grateful for their help!”
“For quite a while, I had been debating w myself over whether to have my hearing checked (because, ya know, old) and finally pulled the trigger in early 2020. I figured that as I approached 60 (#okboomer) and after countless concerts and countless hours playing music live (yes, still), it was a good idea to get some kind of baseline by an actual professional. (i.e., not just rely on the fact that I can't hear the rest of my mumbling family {grin}) Good news: my family actually WERE MUMBLING! Joking aside though, I got a great report and relative to my age, apparently I'm in pretty solid shape. So not only can I lord it over my family that I am NOT going deaf, but I have a sense of where I stand in the bigger picture, what to be on the lookout for, and what/when to do next. All of this was due to the fantastic experience I had at Hearing Assoc of NoVa with Dr. Kelsey Trinka. Kelsey explained everything fully, made me feel very confident in her presentation of what she would do during the tests and the same with her explanation of my results, and had a great bed-side, ummm, soundproof booth-side manner. If you have been thinking about getting a check-up, do yourself a favor and do it. So worth the time and investment. (Bonus: it was completely covered by my plan.) ”
“As a long time client, I strongly recommend Hearing Associates of Northern Virginia. The audiologists are amazing! They are committed to finding the best hearing aid option (if needed) for you within your budget. They offer many different brands of hearing aids for whatever fits your lifestyle. If fitted, you will absolutely be blown away by how good are the latest hearing devices!”
