Dr. Ann Parro  earned her Doctorate of Audiology from Nova Southeastern University and joined Massa and Associates in 2008. She is licensed by the state of Virginia to treat all hearing and balance disorders, and has a hearing aid dispensing license. She is a member of the American Speach and Hearing Association (ASHA)

When not working she enjoys traveling, golf, skiing, watching football, and relaxing with family and friends.

Dr. Ann Hinds earned her Doctorate of Audiology degree from the University of South Alabama. She holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Hinds specializes in identifying and managing hearing loss, balance disorders and hearing loss awareness. When she isn't helping people hear better, Dr. Hinds enjoys time with her husband and dog as well as traveling, gardening, cooking and hiking.

“Hearing test procedures were clearly explained. Dr Paros helped compare prices between new hearing aide vs using used hearing aide given to me by a friend. However at this time I am not ready to proceed with using hearing aides. Will re-visit this option in 2020. Thank you ”
