“Yesterday was my birthday and the best gift I got was my visit to Hull Hearing Aid Service and thereby getting acquainted with Marie Donohue and Brent Donohue. Scheduling was a breeze thanks to Marie. Stepping into the comforts of a plain but tastefully decorated office with a small fridge for refreshments and a coffee maker, she was the first person I and my wife (who was accompanying me at the time) met. She is the perfect personification of efficiency and professional courtesy. I and my wife were invited right on time by Brent into his office. The reason for my visit was my three-and-a-half years old hearing aids, both of which had stopped functioning over the last few weeks. He excused himself "for a few minutes", took them into the next room, and came back soon with my pair as good as new. Brent was a good listener and so was he in providing me with all the answers to my questions and more. He tested my hearing and gave me the results of the test with the process running as smoothly as everything else at this office. Before Hull Hearing Aids, I had tried two other hearing aid centers where any similar issues I had would be approached by an offer to have my device(s) left at their office to await their diagnosis which typically would either be an estimate for a costly repair or worse a new pair with the latest technology to replace my "obsolete" devices.
