Dr. Peters has practiced pediatric and adult Otology/ Neurotology in Dallas for over 20 years. His background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of North Texas followed by his M.D. degree, residency in Otolaryngology, and fellowship in Neurotology at the University of Texas Medical Branch. He is founder and president of The Dallas Hearing Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to giving the gift of hearing and speech to children and adults with hearing loss. Dr. Yoav Hahn is a Board-Certified Otologist/Neurotologist and Otolaryngologist. His practice focuses on ear disorders in adults and children, hearing loss and reconstruction, cochlear implants, acoustic neuroma, skull base lesions, dizziness, and facial nerve disorders. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, American College of Surgeons, American Neurotology Society, the Dallas Academy of Otolaryngology, and the Dallas County Medical Society. He has also volunteered his surgical expertise in treating craniofacial abnormalities in Ecuador, through Operation of Hope.
Brian Rodgers grew up in Northeast Texas. He attended college at Texas A&M University-Commerce and graduated summa cum laude with degrees in biology and chemistry. He moved to Houston and obtained his doctorate of medicine with honors from Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Rodgers completed residency training in otolaryngology/head and neck surgery at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City. He then received specialty training in otology, neurotology, and lateral skull base surgery at the Michigan Ear Institute near Detroit.
Krysten Whaling is a licensed Physicia Assistant providing otologic and neurotologic care to the patients at Dallas Ear Institute. She earned her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Harding University and worked in a family medicine practice prior to joining our team. Krysten helps our patients in post-operative care, reviewing audiometry and balance testing and evaluating ear and hearing concerns.
Dr. Andrea Gerlach is a licensed audiologist who joined our team in 2012 and is currently the Director of Audiology. She earned her Doctorate in audiology from Central Michigan University and is a member of both the American Academy of Audiology and the Texas Academy of Audiology. Dr. Gerlach gained experience working in a variety of clinical settings including the University of Maryland Medical Center. Her knowledge in the latest technology ensures her patients will receive the best options for their hearing loss needs.
Kristin King is a licensed audiologist who earned her Doctorate in audiology from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and then joined our team in 2007. She holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association. Dr. King specializes in hearing aid technology and cochlear implants.
Leslie Lianos is a licensed audiologist who earned her Master’s degree in audiology from the University of Texas in Dallas and joined our team of professionals in 2001. She holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association. Dr. Lianos specializes in cochlear implant technology and is the Cochlear Implant Program Coordinator here at Dallas Ear Institute.
Dr. Reagan Daniel earned her Doctorate in audiology from the University of Texas in Dallas and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Daniel has traveled to Mozambique and Panama to provide needed audiology services, equipment and education to the underprivileged population. She is knowledgeable in the latest technology in hearing aids and devices so she can provide the best solutions for her patient’s needs.
Dr. Audrey Lewis is a licensed audiologist who earned a Doctorate in audiology from the University of North Texas in Denton. She holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Lewis specializes in diagnostic hearing and balance evaluations.
Evan Mattice earned a Bachelor of Science in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from Purdue University and a Doctor of Audiology degree from The University of Texas at Dallas. He currently works in The Hearing Center and focuses on the treatment of hearing loss through hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
No two cases are alike which is why Evan enjoys getting to know his patients to determine the best hearing solution for their needs. He lives in East Dallas and spends his time outside of The Hearing Center running and cycling at White Rock Lake.
Mary Katherine Marshallsea earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from the University of Alabama and her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Memphis. Dr. Marshallsea is licensed by the state of Texas and accredited by the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association. Dr. Marshallsea specializes in pediatrics and diagnostic hearing and balance evaluations. She strives to improve a patient’s quality of life by diagnosing and treating audiologic difficulties across all ages.
Jessalyn Jones earned her Doctorate Degree of Audiology from the University of North Texas where she also completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology with a minor in Developmental Family Studies. She began her career with Dallas Ear Institute as an audiology resident and then following graduation worked as a Pediatric Audiologist at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego. During her time at Rady's, she provided diagnostic assessment and treatment including traditional, as well as bone conduction amplification for the birth to 21 population with a robust pediatric audiology team before returning back to DEI as our Pediatric Audiologist. She enjoys educating others on hearing health and continuously expanding her audiological knowledge to best serve her patients and their families. Dr. Jones is licensed to practice audiology in the state of Texas and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
Lydia Ramanovich earned her Doctor of Audiology and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Texas at Dallas. She completed part of her doctoral externship in Sydney, Australia working in research. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Audiology and is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the Texas Academy of Audiology. Dr. Ramanovich is dedicated to improve the quality of life of patients with hearing loss and tinnitus by providing personalized consultations and treatments in our Frisco location. She has volunteered at the Healthy Hearing (Healthy Athletes) event during Special Olympics Texas Summer Games since 2002. She resides in Frisco with her husband and daughter. Her interests outside of work include traveling, cooking, and reading.
