Danielle Tate,

Dr. Danielle Tate was born and raised in Victoria, Texas, graduating from Victoria High School in 1993.

After completing her bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders at Baylor University, Dr. Tate attended graduate school in Washington, DC at Gallaudet University obtaining her masters in Audiology in 1999. She completed her first two years of practice in Memphis, TN specializing in diagnostics including evaluation of dizziness, evaluation of hearing loss from infants to geriatric, and newborn hearing screens at area hospitals, with some fitting and dispensing of hearing aids as well. Dr. Tate then spent the next 5 ½ years in San Antonio where the bulk of the time she worked with various neuro-otologists performing both diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology, including working with cochlear implants and limited inter-operative monitoring. Later she spent time working with a group of ENTs concentrating on fitting and dispensing of hearing aids. Upon returning to her hometown, Dr. Tate spent her time on the most important job in the world and spent almost 3 years being a stay at home mom and obtaining her doctorate in Audiology. She returned to practice in late 2010, joining Victoria ENT Hearing Center part time, where she remains.

Dr. Tate’s favorite aspect of audiology is diagnostics, which assists physicians in providing solutions for their patient's health concerns. She also enjoys the rehabilitative aspect of hearing aids and cochlear implants, improving her patients’ quality of life.

Dr. Tate lives with her husband and three precious children, Ethan, Charis and Brielle, whom she home schools. She is an avid reader, enjoys adventures, and stays active in her church.
