“My elderly mother has worn 2 hearing aids for 20 years, and Dr. Ben Dawsey and his professional staff have taken care of her hearing needs during this time. Until recently, she has been very active, and one time she lost a hearing aid while she was working in her yard. Needless to say, her activity and busy-ness have caused us to call Dr. Dawsey numerous times over the years. Sometimes we went in monthly to get some maintenance done. Most recently, as we neared the celebration of her 103rd birthday, Dr. Dawsey saw Mother 4 times in 3 weeks as he made sure she could enjoy and hear well at her birthday parties. I do not know what I would have done without his continuous care of Mother during the years. He is always congenial and patient no matter what circumstance arises, and he has kept those hearing aids performing, despite their age. “I have been seeing Dr. Ben Dawsey for 10 years and have found him to be an excellent audiologist. His staff is friendly and courteous. Dr. Dawsey never hurries. I had been with him 3 years when my right ear suddenly went bad. He assessed the situation immediately and sent me to an eye, ear, nose and throat specialist. He had to put medicine in my eardrum. My hearing, was saved enough so that I can hear with a hearing aid.
