“I went in to have impressions done for in-ear monitors and was quoted a price through an email. Once I arrived I was made aware that my quote was for one ear but they would honor the quote since it is what I was told (something I don't think a lot of other businesses would do)! I had a great experience with getting the initial impressions done and went on my way. The company creating the impressions informed me that one of my ears was too short based on pictures which I believe they were being excessive but I contacted Erie Audiology and they got me in the next day to do the impressions over again at no additional charge. Cannot say enough great things about the staff and the way that they conduct business. Highly recommend! ”
