Beth, the receptionist, has been extremely helpful in filling out reimbursement forms and passing on questions I have through text messaging. Richard, the Hearing Specialist, and Dr. Steve, the Audiologist, explained choices of hearing aids well, gave clear instructions for wearing them, and have answered any questions I text through Beth the same day. I have had my Phonic aids only a week and look forward to next week when they will be adjusted up for "full strength."”
