Dr. Steven Roelofs was previously serving patients in the Salem area and has returned home to serve as Director of Advanced Hearing Plus located in Eugene and Springfield. He learned the principals of leading through service at St. Paul and Marist High Schools. His desire to assist family members with hearing loss was his motivator to enter the field of audiology. Steven finds great reward in helping patients enhance their quality of life.

He's also dedicated to working with the family members of his hearing-impaired patients to provide the best support for their loved ones. Additionally Steven's proficiency in new and emerging technology has proved crucial in finding the very best affordable hearing solution for each patient in his care.

Richard Swanson a Board-certified Hearing Instrument Specialist serves the hearing needs of people throughout Benton and Lane counties. He believes his specialty to be his true calling in life, blessing the lives of thousands who struggle with understanding daily conversation. Richard’s unique ability to educate his patients and provide them with customized treatment programs results in exceptional outcomes that restore trust in their hearing, and allow them to experience the life they’ve been missing.

Before joining Advanced Hearing Plus in Oregon, Mr. Swanson’s successfully directed several start-up businesses throughout Southern California. Richard’s secret to his success stems from his passion and commitment to rehabilitate patients’ hearing challenges utilizing state-of-the-art technology and render best-in-class lifetime follow-up care. He and his wife Rachel are excited to now call Oregon home. Richard eagerly looks forward to connecting you to your family and friends with better hearing.

Beth is a native of Eugene. She has created quite the fan base over her 20 plus years with Advanced Hearing Plus and has greatly enjoyed helping our patients. She loves being part of the team and it demonstratively shows. Our patients have come to know and depend on Beth, trusting she will wholeheartedly address any of their needs or concerns.
