Her personal experiences are what inspired her to go into audiology as a career.  Dr. Wentz moved to Asheville with her husband and their two dogs to be closer to their families who reside in West Virginia. In her spare time, Dr. Wentz enjoys hiking, kayaking, cuddling with her dogs and reading.

Olivia Chuzie,

Dr. Chuzie received her doctorate of Audiology from Ohio University in May of 2021 after completing her 4th year fellowship right here at AENT!  Her areas of interest include diagnostic testing, cochlear implants, vestibular testing, and hearing aids.  Her highest priorities are providing compassionate, evidenced-based, and patient-centered care. The connections she builds with her patients are what motivate her as a doctor of audiology, and she is inspired by them daily.  When she's not in the office, Dr. Chuzie is out hiking, trail-running, exploring Asheville, and spending time with friends and family.

Carlie Runge,

A Colorado native, Dr. Runge completed her education at the University of Colorado at Boulder. She also spent time in Philadelphia where she was fortunate to complete her clinical externship at the Temple University Lewis Katz School of Medicine. Dr. Runge thoroughly enjoys working in all disciplines of audiology from serving those with hearing aids and cochlear implants, to those with dizziness and balance disorders. Her passion for audiology stems from its power to allow those with hearing loss regain their sense of hearing and reinstate one’s ability to actively participate in life again. Outside of the office, Dr. Runge enjoys exploring the Asheville food scene and spending time in the great outdoors with her adorable dog, Graham.
