“Called Friday to have hearing aids checked. They told me to come in Monday.called again to see what time to come in. Came in before 12 as they told me. When I got there receptionist told me he is very busy has patient now and is booked all day. When I told her that I just spoke to someone and said it would be OK to come in before 12 she replied there’s a lot of people that work in this office. Paying over $5000 for Hearing Aids and getting very bad customer service is very disappointing. Would not recommend this place maybe they should hire a receptionist to say let me check and ask him if he could take five minutes out of his busy schedule to take a look at the Hearing Aids. ”
