Susan Mathew, Au.D., is an experienced audiologist with nearly 24 years of clinical practice, serving patients across a variety of healthcare settings in Canada. She earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and her Master’s degree from the All India Institute of Speech and Hearing in Mysore, followed by a Doctor of Audiology degree from Salus University in Pennsylvania in 2009.
Throughout her career, Dr. Mathew has gained extensive expertise in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of hearing disorders. Her diverse clinical background has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the diagnostic processes used to support patients with hearing challenges.
Dr. Mathew is licensed in audiology and hearing aid dispensing and is an active member of the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario. She remains committed to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care to individuals seeking improved hearing and communication.
Ashwini Mali,

Audiologist
Ashwini is an experienced audiologist with more than 20 years of practice across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and India. She earned her Master’s degree in Audiology from the University of Mumbai and later advanced her clinical expertise by completing her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) at A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona.
Throughout her diverse international career, Ashwini has worked in a wide range of clinical and retail settings, gaining extensive experience in adult aural rehabilitation with a particular focus on hearing aid technology and fitting. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centered care and is committed to following best practice guidelines with professionalism, compassion, and empathy.
Ashwini is a licensed dispensing audiologist in both Nevada and California. She is an active member of the American Academy of Audiology and Audiology Australia.
Outside of her professional life, Ashwini enjoys exploring global cuisines and staying active through regular walking.

“I absolutely hate this place with a passion. I don’t know why they keep referring me here. From the moment you walk in dealing with the receptionist—if that’s what you’d even call him—he’s incredibly rude and has such a cocky attitude. They had double booked my appointment time . and no longer would see me, they told to reschudule my appointment for another day. with all the people working there nobody else could see me or i cant wait 20 minute for theother people to finish, There nobody else here . II knew there woold be probalems before i got here . last time the billed the insurance compant 6500 for a single hearing that you could get online for 1300.00and then wanted to charge a dedectable on top of it , then the wouldnt honor the warrenty on the unit. . ”

SHE SURPRISED ME WITH TBE HONESTY THAT QUITE FRANKLY NOT MANY PEOPLE THESE DAYS SEEM TO POSSES.SHE EXPLAINED MY RESULTS AND TOLD MET THAT AT THIS TIME SHE DID NOT FEEL THAT I NEEDED HEARING AIDES FOR PROBABLY AT LEAST 2 OR 3 MORE YEARS AND MAYBE NOT THEN. “My ear felt clogged and uncomfortable it was a FRIDAY they managed to fit me into their schedule and addressed the issue with a simple wax extraction via suction method as opposed to irrigation quickly .Completely satisfied with the service that was provided in a clean,relaxing enviorment. The staff and doctor were terrific as well.I would highly recommend this location at Rainbow and Desert Inn as well.”
